Teenager Drives Car into 7-11 in Fresno

March 4, 2014- On Tuesday at about 7:30 AM a white car smashed through the front of a 7-Eleven store in south Fresno, CA.

The accident happened that morning at the mini-mart on Church Avenue and Chestnut Avenue.  When, according to police, a 17 year old driver without a license, accidentally pushed on the gas pedal instead of the brake and crashed into the store.

The vehicle rammed through the glass front and collided with one store isle, which then was pushed into another isle.

The owner of the 7-Eleven said the collision caused several thousand in damages, but the store will remain open during repairs.

The teenager was cited by the Fresno police for driving a vehicle without a license.

No one was hurt in the crash.
