The collision between the semi trucks and the passenger vehicles, caused a part of Highway 58, at Cottonwood Road, and both transition ramps from Highway 99 to be closed, while the debris was removed and the investigation took place.
It is reported that two people were taken to Kern Medical Center to be treated for injuries.
