Kern County Highway 99 Big Rig Crash in Bakersfield

Visalia Senior Citizen Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following collision update; On Monday, July 21, 2014, a semi truck accident closed down the freeway, in Bakersfield.  The Kern County collision took place, on Highway 99, at about 6:15 AM.

It was reported that a big rig jackknifed after it crashed into a guardrail, near Merle Haggard Drive.  The tractor-trailer then began to leak fuel.  All southbound lanes of the highway were closed until the wreckage was cleared.

The CHP did not have a report, at this time, on what caused the crash.  No one was hurt in the incident.
