Visalia Nursing Home lawyer, John Rozier
has the following accident report; on Tuesday July 8, 2014, in Tulare County a fatal car accident occurred. The collision took place in Porterville, at approximately 5:15 AM.
Juan Ahumada was driving a minivan north, when he is reported to have ran a stop sign at the intersection of Westfield Avenue and Westwood Street. The minivan broadsided a compact car, driven by a 54 year old woman, who was traveling west on Westfield Ave.
The woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to Sierra View District Hospital, in Porterville. She later died of her injuries.
Ahumada also sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno. It is reported that he is in stable condition.
