Corcoran Man Arrested for Elder Abuse in Kings County

Visalia Elder Abuse Attorney John L. Rozier has the subsequent update; A 23 year old man was charged with abusing a 72 year old relative in Corcoran.  He was jailed on Tuesday, August 26, 2014.

The Corcoran Police reported that David Espinoza was arrested after officers were called to the 100 block of Dairy Avenue for a welfare check.  Espinoza reportedly tried to kick his elderly relative out of the home.

When the relative refused to leave, Espinoza allegedly twisted the woman's wrist while taking a set a keys from her hands.  Then he threw the keys at the victim.

Espinoza was booked into the Kings County Jail on suspicion of senior citizen abuse and robbery.
