Fatal Interstate 5 Motorcycle Accident in Kern County

Visalia Elder Abuse Attorney John L. Rozier has the subsequent update; On Thursday, August 7, 2014, a motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident, at about 9:48 PM.  The motorcycle collision happened on Interstate 5,  in Kern County.

The biker, Marcus Anthony Martinez, of Shafter, was southbound on I-5, near the Highway 46 interchange.  As he was riding his bike on the freeway he collided into a cargo truck.  The impact of the collision with the van caused Martinez to be thrown from his motorcycle.  He was then struck while on the highway, by a big rig.

Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

While our condolences go out to the friends and family of the victim, we recognize that no monetary sum can ease the pain and loss felt after a tragedy such as this. However, just monetary compensation can help ease the burden of medical bills, final expenses, and help support any dependents left behind by the deceased.
