John Rozier has the following accident report; On Saturday, September 20, 2014, a vehicle collision took place in Tulare County. The crash happened near Goshen, at about 11:30 AM.
A water truck, driven by a 45 year old Fresno man, was southbound on Road 60, north of Avenue 320. As he was driving, the truck hit a deep pot hole, and the driver lost control of the vehicle. The water truck swerved into the orchard, to avoid driving onto Highway 99 and into traffic.
The F650 truck hit several trees in the orchard, and flipped over. The driver was ejected from the vehicle, and fatally injured.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
While
