John L. Rozier has the subsequent update; On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, a man was killed in Tulare County after a truck collision. The vehicle accident happened northwest of Visalia, at about 11:30 PM.
The pedestrian was walking northbound on the right shoulder of Road 60, north of Avenue 328. The man started to walk into the roadway, with a large truck approaching him.
The truck tried to avoid the pedestrian, but was unable to, and hit the man. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
