Madera County Car Collision Caused by Drunk Driver on Highway 41

San Joaquin Valley Automobile Accident Lawyer John Rozier has the following update; On Sunday, January 4, 2015, a drunk driver caused a car accident in Madera County.  The vehicle collision occurred on Highway 41, near Avenue 12, at about 8 PM.

The CHP have reported that a driver of a pickup truck was traveling southbound on Highway 41.  The truck swerved into the northbound lanes, and smashed head-on into a white automobile.

The impact of the crash caused the sedan to lose control and hit the guard rail.  Both drivers were said to have been trapped inside their vehicles.

The two drivers suffered injuries and were taken to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.  Authorities said the pickup driver was driving while intoxicated.
