Minivan Accident on Eastbound Highway 178 in Bakersfield

Tulare County Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; On Friday, January 9, 2015, two people were hurt in a vehicle collision.  The Kern County car accident happened in Bakersfield, on Highway 178.

A white minivan was traveling eastbound on Highway 178, when it crashed off the highway, just before Mt. Vernon Avenue exit.  The van hit a tree off the side of the freeway.

The driver of the van was pinned inside, until emergency personnel freed him.  One passenger was also a victim of the accident.

Both the driver and backseat passenger suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The collision is under investigation.
