On Friday, April 3, 2015, a little boy was killed in an accident that involved an U.S. Postal Service vehicle, that took place in Tulare County.  The truck collision happened on Delta Street, in Porterville, at approximately 1:30 PM.

The United States mail truck was traveling in the area of Aurora Avenue and Delta St., delivering its post.  It stopped in front of a residence on Delta Street, and as it pulled away from the sidewalk the vehicle struck an 18-month-old toddler, named T.J. Trevino.
