Investigation Needed For Fatal Crash At Intersection of Bethel and Manning in Fresno

On April 7, 2015, Christina Rodriguez of Delano was killed when the BMW she was driving south on Bethel Avenue failed to stop at a posted stop sign and was struck by an incoming driver traveling east on Manning.

Although Christina Rodriguez failed to stop at the posted sign, it is possible that the fault for this accident lies with some other party. If so, Christina Rodriguez's family would have a claim against them for Christina's wrongful death. Investigation is needed to determine whether the vehicle malfunctioned, whether road conditions may have contributed to the accident, whether the stop sign was improperly placed or concealed.
