Attorney John Rozier offers his condolences.  A police report of the accident can be obtained, and we can file a Federal Tort Claim against the government.  We need to avoid the government claiming that the fault of the accident lies solely with the parents or guardians.  Please let Mr. Rozier help you. Call him at 559-713-0159.  His office is located in Visalia, west of Porterville.
