Post Office Vehicle Accident Ends In Fatality for Little Boy, on Delta Street, in Porterville

Porterville vehicle collision ends in fatality for 18-month-old boy, on Friday, April 3, 2015.  The Tulare County accident involved a United States Post Office delivery truck, at around 1:30 in the afternoon.
