United States Postal Truck Accident in Porterville, Toddler Killed

Tulare County Wrongful Death Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident report; On Friday, April 3, 2015, a toddler was hit and killed by a U.S. Postal Service truck.  The vehicle collision occurred in Porterville, at about 1:30 PM.

A mail truck was delivering mail in the area of Delta Street and Aurora Avenue.  The Postal truck hit an 18 month old boy, while it was driving at an extremely slow speed, according to Porterville police.

The little boy was rushed to the hospital with major injuries.  He later died in the hospital.

Authorities are investigating how the accident happened.
